Breathe and Bloom Co. is a Sacramento area doula service. I support families in their own homes across Sacramento, Roseville, Rocklin, Elk Grove and Folsom. Plus, I travel throughout California for families who need care.
Since all care happens in your home, you never have to pack up the baby. Instead, I come to you, ready to help. Because home is where you rest best, that is where the care happens. As a result, your baby stays in familiar surroundings, and you can sleep in your own bed while I take the night shift.

Every visit happens where you are most comfortable: your own home. That way, your baby stays in a familiar space, and you can rest in your own bed.
