I read every message myself. Then I reply by email with details and availability. Because every family is different, there is no need to have it all figured out before you write. Just share what you know, and we will build the plan together.

How to book a postpartum doula visit

- Sacramento, Roseville, Rocklin, Elk Grove, Folsom & travel throughout California
Helpful details to include: your due date, your city, whether you want overnight or daytime help, and how many shifts you have in mind.
When to book a postpartum doula
Many families reach out during pregnancy. That way, the plan is ready before the baby comes. However, you can also reach out after birth. If the first nights feel harder than expected, that is a great time to ask for help.
Also, if you already have a little one at home, let me know. That helps me plan the best way to support your whole family during each shift.
Because availability is limited, it helps to write early. Even if you are not sure what you need yet, send a note. Then we can figure it out together.
