As an overnight doula Sacramento families trust, I care for your baby through the night while you sleep. Shifts run from 10 PM to 7 AM and last 8 to 9 hours.
Sleep matters so much after birth. Your body is healing, and rest helps you feel more like yourself. That is why overnight support is at the heart of Breathe and Bloom Co.
What happens during an overnight doula Sacramento shift
When I arrive, we check in about the day and your wishes for the night. Then you head to bed. From there, I take over.
- Feeding your baby by bottle, or bringing baby to you to nurse
- Diaper changes, burping and soothing
- Watching over your baby's well-being all night
- Washing bottles and pump parts
- Notes for you in the morning about feeds and sleep
Overnight care that follows your choices
Your family, your way. If you are nursing, I can bring your baby to you for feeds and then settle baby back down. If you pump or bottle feed, I can handle the feeds so you sleep longer.
Also, I follow the safe sleep plan your pediatrician recommends. Above all, I want you to wake up rested and reassured.

When should I book?
Many families reach out during pregnancy, so the schedule is ready before the baby comes. Still, you can reach out any time after birth too. Availability is limited, so earlier is better.
