Breathe and Bloom Co. is a postpartum doula Sacramento families can lean on in the early weeks. First, I care for your baby through the night, so you can sleep. During the day, I help with feeding, meals and the small tasks that pile up. In short, I handle the night so you can enjoy the day.

Hi, I am Dajahane Lewis, a full spectrum doula and the heart behind Breathe and Bloom Co. Supporting mothers and families after birth is a special part of my journey. So my goal is simple: I want you to feel rested, reassured and truly cared for.

Why families choose a Sacramento postpartum doula

The weeks after birth are beautiful, but they are also tiring. Your body is healing, while your baby needs care around the clock. Because of that, sleep often slips away first.

A postpartum doula fills that gap. Because I bring calm, steady hands into your home, you rest easier. As a result, you get time to rest, heal and bond with your baby. Plus, partners get a break too.

  • Real sleep during overnight shifts
  • Gentle help with feeding and pumping
  • Light household support so home feels calm
  • A kind ear when emotions run high

What are your overnight hours?

Overnight shifts run from 10 PM to 7 AM. Most shifts are 8 to 9 hours long, so you can get a real stretch of sleep.

Do you offer daytime support too?

Yes. Along with overnight care, Breathe and Bloom Co. offers daytime postpartum services. Daytime visits can include newborn care, meal prep, light tidying and time for mom to rest or shower.

Where do you serve?

Breathe and Bloom Co. is based in Sacramento and serves Sacramento (including Natomas, Midtown, East Sacramento and Land Park), Roseville, Rocklin, Elk Grove and Folsom. I also travel throughout California, so just send a message and ask.
