Newborn feet wrapped in a soft swaddle

Breathe and Bloom Co. offers postpartum doula services for families in Sacramento and nearby areas. Whether you need sleep, an extra pair of hands or a calm voice, I am here to help because no one should do this alone.

Because no two homes are alike, each family gets a plan that fits. For example, some families want overnight care only, while others want daytime visits, or a mix of both. Either way, the goal stays the same: so you can rest, recover and thrive.

How to choose the right postpartum doula services

First, start with your biggest need. If sleep is the hardest part, overnight care is often the best fit. On the other hand, if days feel heavy, daytime visits can bring relief.

Next, think about your support at home. For example, a partner going back to work may change what you need. Then we can adjust the plan as your baby grows.

What is not included

A postpartum doula is a non-medical support person. So I do not give medical advice, diagnose or give medicine, since that is the job of your care team. Instead, I help you find the right questions for your doctor, midwife or pediatrician. For feeding concerns, a lactation consultant can help.

So, have a question first? Visit the FAQ page, see the areas I serve or say hello on Instagram.
