Your first night with a Rocklin postpartum doula
On the first night, I arrive at your Rocklin home around 10 PM. First, we talk through how the day went and how you want the night to go. Then you head to bed while I care for your baby. Finally, in the morning, I share simple notes about feeds, diapers and sleep, so you know exactly how the night went.
